I looove going to The Riverwalk. We have lots of good memories going here as a family. We've had picnics here, fed the birds, took "C" to a park here when she first started walking as a baby. Took "A" and her bf here on their first date (I believe it was the 1st.). Hubby and I have walked thru the riverwalk hand in hand, plenty of times. They have lots of activities here during the year.
I actually took this pic from The Jacksonville Landing which is right across the riverwalk. I love going to The Landing too. It's where they have the annual Christmas tree lighting, boat parade and fireworks during the holidays. There are stores where you can shop and restaurants to dine in. They also have parades around here. We attended The Gator Bowl parade just recently.
